How trials, cancellations, and refunds work on self-serve plans.

We want you to be confident before you pay. That's why every plan starts with a free trial and there are no contracts on self-serve tiers.
All plans include a 7-day free trial with no card required. You're only billed if you choose to continue, so you can evaluate SiteGPT on your own site risk-free.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to no charge.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period once it has started. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term but will not auto-renew once cancelled.
If you were charged in error or experienced a significant, unresolved service issue, email us — we review these case by case and will make it right.
