Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteGPT by Omazy (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorized to do so.

The service

SiteGPT trains an AI agent on content you connect and lets you embed it on your sites to answer visitors and capture leads. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your workspace. Keep your details accurate and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or send spam, malware, or abusive content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Only connect content you own or have the right to use.
• Don't use the Service to build a competing product from our confidential information.

Your content & intellectual property

You keep all rights to the content you connect and the conversations your agent has. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. We keep all rights to the SiteGPT software and platform. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

Fees, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Free trials run for the stated period and convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue. Fees are exclusive of taxes. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. LLM providers, CRMs, messaging tools). Your use of those is governed by their terms, and we're not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated answers can be imperfect; you're responsible for reviewing how your agent is configured and used. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we'll delete or return your data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Omazy's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
