OU Chat is made by OU AI. It exists because the answer a customer needs almost always already exists, just not where they are asking.
Most businesses already have the answers their customers need. They are in a website, a help centre, a product catalogue, a founder's head. The problem is never that the answer does not exist. It is that the customer is asking on WhatsApp at 11pm and nobody is there.
OU Chat reads what you have already published and turns it into an agent that answers instantly, with the source attached, in the customer's own language, on whichever channel they chose. When it does not know, it says so and hands the conversation to a person rather than inventing something plausible.
We built it because the alternatives were a scripted bot that knows nothing about your product, or a build that takes a quarter and a data team. Neither should be the price of a good answer.

Where we are betting
Most AI chat products are built for a website in English. That is the crowded end of the market and it is not the end we know best. Our agents run for restaurants, retailers and service businesses whose customers message on WhatsApp, ask in Bangla, and expect to order in the conversation rather than be sent to a form.
So that is what we build for: every channel, not just the widget. Speech as well as text, including Bengali, which most voice vendors do not offer at all. A real catalogue behind the answer, not a FAQ. It is a smaller market than "AI for your website", and we would rather be the obvious answer in it than the twentieth option somewhere larger.
