One conversation is a single visitor session, however many messages it contains. A person who asks six questions in one sitting counts once, not six times.
What happens when I hit my limits?
Your agent keeps answering. We notify you, and you can upgrade in a click. New limits apply instantly and we prorate the difference.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, in either direction, from your dashboard. Moving to annual credits what you have already paid for the current month.
Is there really no card for the trial?
No card. The trial runs for 7 days on the full product, and it does not roll into a paid plan unless you choose one.
What if it does not work out?
Email us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, monthly or annual, without asking why. After that, cancel anytime and you are not billed again.
Do you have a plan for agencies?
Yes. Agencies manage a branded agent per client from one portal, with per-client tiers. The partner programme has the details.
Is my data secure on every plan?
Encryption, access control and the no-training guarantee apply on every plan including the $5 non-profit rate. SSO, data residency and a DPA are Enterprise.
