A shop assistant, not a help widget

Store Agent · Your CX Agent, set up for a storefront.

A catalog is a search problem for you and a decision problem for the shopper. They do not want a list of twelve results; they want the one that fits.

  • 6 of 9 jobs on the shop floor and the DMs finish without a person
  • Seven days without a card
  • Full refund on any plan, 30 days
How it works

Store Agent in a conversation

  1. 01
It knows the catalog, not just the copy

Synced from Shopify or WooCommerce, so availability and price are current rather than whatever the page said at crawl time.

    1,100+ pieces, all synced
  2. 02
It can be shown a photo

A shopper sends a picture of what they want and gets the closest thing you stock. That is a different interaction from a search box.

    Occasion not a search box
  3. 03
It handles “where is my order”

The most common message any store gets. Answered in chat, it stops being a support ticket at all.

An occasion and a budget, with no product name
  1. Need something for a wedding next month, under 8000 taka

  2. Mehendi, holud or the reception? They call for quite different things, and it changes what I would show you.

asked the question a shop assistant would ask
  3. Holud

  4. Three in your budget, all in stock. The yellow organza at 6,900 is the one people come back for.

narrowed 1,100+ pieces, checked live price and stock
In practice

Two ways Store Agent gets used

1

Something for a wedding, under a budget

What happens
An occasion and a number, with no product name anywhere in the message. A search box has nothing to work with here.
What the agent does
The agent asks what the occasion is and narrows a catalog of more than a thousand pieces down to a few, with the current price on each.
Where it stops
It recommends from what can actually be shipped, so nothing it shows is out of stock by the time the customer replies.
2

Where is my order

What happens
The single most common message any shop receives, arriving at all hours and rarely with an order number in it.
What the agent does
The agent identifies the order and answers, so the message never becomes a ticket and nobody opens the admin panel.
Where it stops
Returns, exchanges and anything damaged go to a person. Those are judgement calls and they should stay judgement calls.
What changes

What comes off the shop floor and the DMs

Every row is a job somebody does today. The bar is counted from the rows, so it says exactly as much as the table does and no more.

This is Glamgrl, running Store Agent today

The screenshot is the real widget on a real storefront. You do not have to take our word for any of it: open the same agent and ask it something awkward.

Answering customers now

Whose job this wasWhoever is answering Instagram and WhatsApp today

The problem

More than eleven hundred Pakistani and Indian pieces, and customers who do not want the list. They want the one that suits them, described the way a good shop assistant would describe it. That conversation was happening by hand, in DMs, one customer at a time.

What putting it in involved

The whole range synced in with live prices, so a recommendation is never made against a piece that has sold. The widget opens on a full branded screen with the collection front and centre rather than a chat bubble in the corner, which is what makes it read as part of the shop rather than a bolted-on support tool.

What it can actually do

What makes this real

Each of these is something your agent can do for a customer today, not a setting you configure. Everything here travels with the agent, on whichever channels you connect it to.

Comes with your agent

  • Takes the order capture_order Tool call Called once the customer has decided. It collects the items, the delivery details and the contact, then writes the order rather than handing over a form. Finishes the sale inside the conversation rather than sending someone to a form they will not fill in.
  • Answers where the order is track_order Tool call Called on any "where is it" message. It identifies the order and reports the carrier status rather than guessing a date. Handles the most common message you get without anybody opening the admin panel.
  • Search by photo visual_search Tool call Called when an image arrives. It matches the photo against your catalog and returns the nearest thing you sell. A customer sends a picture of what they want and gets the nearest thing you sell.

Comes with your store connected

  • Your store, connected store sync Connection Pulls products, prices and stock on a schedule. The reason an answer about availability is current rather than the state of a page last month. Products, prices and stock stay current, so an answer is never based on a page from last month.

Same agent, other jobs

One agent, one price

Store Agent is not a separate product or a separate bill. It is OU Chat set up for this job. Seven days without a card. $29/mo after that, refunded in full if it is not right.
